Re-do surgery, or a second time or third time surgery carries immense risk . And has to be performed extremely cautiously. Adhesions from the previous surgery/ surgeries have to be tackled . And then , the tissues which are so fragile and friable . Each step shud be a way forward . It's like crossing the peaks on the mountains. We have done enough and more , and now we are really confident of tackling these cases .
